Roedean Drive, Brighton

Nicholas Dexter Studio were invited to work on the landscape design for a new  residential development designed by Studio Octopi and Baobab Developments. The houses ajoin the South Downs National Park with views to the Sussex coast. 

Our brief was to provide a sense of green and relaxed, soft and natural mood through the use of gravel, stone and coastal tolerant planting. 

3D visuals and a series of drawings were produced as part of a planning application.
